1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PromptOS V3.0 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is designed for enterprise and professional use.
2. Intellectual Property of Outputs
You retain 100% full ownership and commercial rights to all assets, code, and strategies generated through your inputs. PromptOS claims no ownership over your generated results.
3. Platform Rights
The proprietary prompt architectures, "Shadow Logic", UI/UX design, and system matrix belong exclusively to Lai's Lab. Reverse engineering or scraping our system is strictly prohibited.
4. Subscription & Access
"Pro" and "Team Elite" features (including but not limited to Cross-device QR flow, Social Collaboration, and Cloud Library) are restricted to active subscribers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse or overload the system architecture.
